Installation & Quickstart
=========================

Create a fully configured django CMS project with a single command:

.. code-block:: console

    python -m pip install django-cms
    djangocms mysite --interactive
    cd mysite
    python -m manage runserver

The ``djangocms`` command clones the official project template, installs the
requirements, runs the migrations and creates a superuser for you. Run it
without arguments to be guided through the available options (such as the
headless mode) interactively.

Already have a Django project? Run ``djangocms .`` in its root directory to
add django CMS to it.
